How much does a bail bond cost?

We know that one of the main worries when it comes to bailing a friend or a family member out of jail, is the cost. At Angels Bail Bonds you shouldn’t stress, as we can help you out during hard times. We are a family business that’s been lending a hand to those who can’t afford a bailout. Our team of bail bondsmen will handle your situation and offer you options to cover the bailing service.

In California, all bail bonds start out as 10% of the person’s bail. This means that if your loved one’s bail is set at $10,000, his or her bail bond will only cost $1,000. This is the standard price, however, some bail bond companies may charge your more.

How Are Bail Bonds Priced?

Bail bond pricing always depends on the severity of the crime. Even so, most bond fees are only 10% of the bond when the bond is higher than $2,500. When bonds are smaller than $2,500 they usually have a set bond fee. Tickets are from $75 to $150, but it will depend on the size of the bond. Worried about the sizes of bonds? Don’t be, as we do bonds of all sizes, from Class C tickets to felonies; although felony charges need a bond set by a judge before posting a bond.

Remember that at Angels Bail Bonds we will always try to help you and any friend or family member that might need our guidance. Find out more about how the California bail process works.
